Position Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned geographical area by effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, sub-distributors, and retailers.
The role also involves planning and executing high-impact demand generation activities to expand market presence and strengthen brand awareness.
The incumbent will be accountable for achieving sales targets through distributor and sub-distributor channels while maintaining regular communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving issues with the support of relevant stakeholders. The role also plays a key part in developing and enhancing the FMC brand presence within the designated territory to support sustainable business growth.

The Role (daily responsibilities)
Demand Creation Activities
- Responsible to achieve quality and quantity targets for FFA (demand generation)
- Monitoring by weekly (weekly meeting) and mitigation plan
- Provide strategy and direction to focus areas and products as needed by region
- Update market condition/situation and market competition by monthly
- Geo expansion refer needed regional
Sales
- Lead and manage monthly sales forecasting and marketing plan.
- Ensure achievement annual target sales regional
- Maintenance service, collect order (PO) to distributor, ensure invoicing and payment
- Responsible and ensure sales out of inventories from distributor to retailer
- Responsible and ensure sales program for monitoring and good implementation
- Carry out reviews and monitoring by weekly and monthly target vs actual
- Maintenance existing market and success project geographical expansion
- Identify and pursue new market segments and channels for the product
People
- Select, challenge, and develop the organization in a responsible area
- Define role and responsibilities, objectives, KPI and key initiatives for the responsible area
- Manage the territory sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation
- People development for improvement capability (training and coaching)
- Deployment and enhance capability/competency of team according to regional strategies
- Coordination with TSE to support development team, big activities and product launching preparation
The Candidate (requirements)
- Bachelor degree in Agronomy or a related discipline is required.
- Must have least 3-5 years' experience in sales and managing a team in Agriculture/Agrochemical industry.
- Strong ability to developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships including farmers, Retailers and Distributors.
- Ability to identify opportunities with potential customers.
- MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
