  • Support members of the Indirect Tax Team with day-to-day activities, including preparing project presentations, reports, schedules and analyses.

  • Research updates to indirect tax reporting obligations and help translate regulatory developments into clear information for relevant stakeholders.

  • Keep stakeholders informed about tax updates and the implications of new or changing laws and regulations.

  • Participate in additional tax-related projects as required.

  • Collaborate closely with the Indirect Tax team and leadership globally while engaging with teams across Moderna to develop an understanding of essential business processes.

  • Look for opportunities to use digital capabilities, including Generative AI tools where appropriate, to accelerate research, analysis and preparation of tax-related materials while maintaining appropriate controls and accuracy.
