Description
As Senior HRIS Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors, you will join a mature Global HR Technology team that knows Workday well and is now moving to SAP SuccessFactors.
We are looking for a senior, hands-on SAP SF expert who can help us make that transition successfully. You will guide the team, challenge design decisions, bring practical SAP SF know-how, and become the internal backbone for key SAP SuccessFactors modules and platform topics.
You will work with HR, IT, Finance, country teams and our implementation partner to design, implement and run a scalable, secure and user-friendly SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
This is your new job:
- Act as the SAP SuccessFactors knowledge anchor for the Global HR Technology team
- Support the Workday to SAP SuccessFactors migration across design, build, testing and go-live
- Bring hands-on expertise across the SAP SF landscape, especially Employee Central, security and reporting
- Train and coach colleagues so the team can grow from Workday experts into SAP SuccessFactors experts
- Support the design of Employee Central, foundation data, positions and job structures
- Own or strongly contribute to security, role-based permissions and access management together with IT
- Partner with the HR data analytics owner on reporting, data quality and reporting standards
- Challenge implementation partner proposals to ensure practical, scalable and maintainable solutions
- Support testing, data migration, cutover, release management and post-go-live improvements
- Create clear documentation, decision logs and knowledge transfer content
This is you:
- Senior hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across the full SAP SF spectrum
- Strong expertise in Employee Central
- Good understanding of security, role-based permissions and access concepts
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting, People Analytics, Story Reports or similar tools
- Experience in HRIS implementation, HR technology operations or HR transformation projects
- Able to translate HR process needs into practical system design
- Confident in challenging implementation partners and influencing design decisions
- Strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures and global HR processes
- Clear communicator who can explain SAP topics to colleagues who are new to SAP
- Structured, hands-on and comfortable working with HR, IT, Finance, country teams and external partners
Nice to have:
- Experience with Workday to SAP SuccessFactors transformations
- Experience with global HR data migration, testing and cutover
- Experience in complex matrix organizations
- Experience with Compensation, Absence / Time Off, Performance & Goals or Talent modules
- SAP SuccessFactors certification, especially Employee Central
This is your department and colleagues:
- Join a Global HR Technology team with strong Workday expertise and a clear SAP SuccessFactors future
- Help the team build real internal SAP SF capability, not just depend on external support
- Work closely with colleagues who know the HR processes and now need to grow their SAP SF knowledge
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, HR Business Partners and country HR teams globally
- Play a key role in a stable migration, reliable operations and strong user adoption after go-live
