Your role:
Join Northrop Grumman Australia and help create a safer, healthier and more sustainable workplace while supporting critical Defence capability. As an EHS Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders and teams to deliver practical environment, health and safety support across our Tindal operations. This role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
In this varied role, you will:
Partner with managers and employees to promote a proactive safety culture.
Provide expert advice on health, safety, environmental and risk management matters.
Lead incident investigations, audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities.
Support EHS training, wellbeing initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to environmental sustainability programs and EHS performance reporting.

About you:
You're a collaborative EHS professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping teams succeed safely.
You'll bring:
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum).
Experience in EHS, risk management, incident investigations and auditing.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and report-writing skills.
Experience working with EHS management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
