Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for service

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

- Monitor and control food portions and waste

- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues to management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Food handler’s certification or equivalent is preferred
