What you need to be successful in this role:

The Accounts Manager supports customers by processing orders, answering questions, and working with internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys helping customers, and wants to build a career in customer service, manufacturing, or account management. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, account management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
