We are hiring a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team (Sauna360)!

We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who is passionate about helping others, providing exceptional service, and creating positive employee experiences every day. This role supports a wide range of People & Culture activities, from onboarding and recruiting coordination to payroll support, compliance administration, and employee services.
As one of the first points of contact for staff members and candidates, you'll help build a welcoming and professional experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll partner closely with employees, managers, and the People & Culture team to keep processes running smoothly while supporting a positive workplace culture.

- Are you comfortable balancing people, processes, and compliance requirements? Process I-9 documentation, coordinate background checks and employment verification activities, and support HR audits and policy administration.
- Do you like finding better ways to work? Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives that support business growth and employee success.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Human Resources experience, HR internship experience, office management experience, or relevant coursework that provides a foundation in HR practices.
- Understanding of HR fundamentals and interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help employees and candidates succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, calendaring, Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and business etiquette.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Compliance-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-awareness and good judgment regarding when to seek assistance or guidance.
