CPS AR Transportation Analyst

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a Transportation Analyst to join our team at CPS Argentina, our concentrate plant located in CABA, under a fixed-term contract until August 31, 2027.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Transportation Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Optimize Transportation Processes: Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring smooth data integration between Transport Management Systems (TMS) and other IT systems like SAP.
• Analyze and Report Trends: Use analytical tools such as Power BI to report trends in transport activities and carrier performance, providing actionable insights to the transport team.
• Support Financial Activities: Prepare baseline files for RFQ/rates submission, assist with budgeting, and ensure timely payment to service providers in accordance with agreed terms.
• Manage Freight Settlement and Claims: File, process, and follow up on carrier claims while ensuring timely closure of quality notifications related to transportation defects.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve transportation processes, implement recommendations, and follow up on action plans to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Establish routines and communication plans with internal teams and external partners, including carriers and 3PL providers, to ensure seamless operations.
• Support Sustainability Goals: Partner with carriers, 3PL providers, and the Global Logistics team to align transportation activities with Coca-Cola’s sustainability objectives.
• Monitor Ingredient Coverage: Identify critical import orders and manage SAP/MRP systems to ensure ingredient availability and avoid stockouts at CPS Argentina.
• Participate in Global Projects: Contribute to global and operational transport projects, including digitalization initiatives and IT system enhancements like Track N’ Trace technologies.
• Backup Logistics Supervisor: Provide support and act as a backup for the Logistics Supervisor role when needed.

What Are the Qualifications Needed?

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI and IT systems like SAP and TMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes.
• Familiarity with digitalization projects and operational excellence methodologies.
