This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
This role is part of the Digital Enablement team within the Consumer Digital Strategy organization, which is responsible for driving a centralized and holistic approach to change management, risk management, and organizational readiness across digital portfolios. The position partners closely with Digital Strategy Leads, Digital Execution teams, Risk/Control partners, and Technology teams to ensure change is managed effectively, compliantly, and with operational excellence. Responsibilities include proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, guiding initiatives through required governance and control processes, developing communication plans, and ensuring associate and frontline leader readiness.
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded teammate to deliver on our strategic digital enablement opportunities and initiatives. This teammate will guide strategic initiative owners and stakeholders through required Change Management, Resourcing, Awareness and Commination for all project deployments while delivering flawless operational execution across multiple lines of business. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of Digital Strategies enhancements and capabilities for internal and external clients.
The successful candidate will utilize their previous experience and proactive solutioning to show they can navigate complex and connected processes to deliver on desired business outcomes and goals with discipline, ownership, and agreement. This role requires sound judgment, accountability, and effective partnership across all organizations
Responsibilities:
- Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
- Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
- Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
- Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
- Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
- Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
- Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable clear and efficient technology delivery.
- Partner with technology teams to deliver scalable Digital solutions and coordinate dependencies, governance requirements, production readiness, and implementation activities.
- Align business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance partners on priorities, delivery decisions, risks, and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, competing priorities, and delivery commitments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, ownership and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and resolve conflicts across business and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of banking products, client sales and servicing processes, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
- Experience delivering solutions across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance organizations in a regulated financial-services environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience contributing to an established product strategy and executing complex roadmaps within a large, highly matrixed organization.
- Experience executing enterprise-scale product ownership activities involving multiple stakeholder groups, delivery dependencies, and technology teams.
- Ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI-enabled tools to improve business analysis, requirements definition, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and product delivery.
