As a member of the Global Core Quality Team, this position represents LATAM in global quality initiatives, sharing regional opportunities and challenges while supporting broader business priorities. In addition, the role is responsible for analyzing and reporting consumer feedback trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

Overall, this position champions product quality, supports operational excellence, and helps strengthen quality culture across all levels of the organization.
