The Banquet Bartender primary focus is to fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails.
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21, as well as monitoring the alcohol intake of guests
• Take payments and make change for purchased beverages, and perform bar opening and closing procedures
• Participate in event setup and breakdown of the facility for special and daily occasions, as well as contributing to overall cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure a pleasant visit and maintain effective guest relations
Qualifications:
• Excellent people and communication skills
• 1-2 Years bartending experience
• Weekend and evening work shift flexibility
