Job Summary
Brigham and Women’s Primary Care in Norwood is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (adult focused) to join our collaborative, patient centered primary care team. Work alongside distinguished clinicians and partner with world class specialists across Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Mass General Brigham system.Our 14 practices are committed to delivering high quality, team based care supported by advanced analytics that strengthen population health and improve outcomes. We provide flexible scheduling options, including part‑time and full‑time roles (8 clinical sessions/week), with 30‑minute visit templates to support thoughtful, patient‑centered care delivered through a coordinated team‑based model.
As a Brigham and Women’s Primary Care Physician, you will benefit from:
- Ambient scribe technology to streamline documentation and support timely note completion
- Dedicated after‑hours APP call team, with no call requirements for physicians
- Virtual in‑basket support to assist with triaging and managing patient messages
- Centralized prescription management, including refill requests and prior authorizations
- 30‑minute patient visits and a manageable panel size aligned with thoughtful, relationship‑based care
- Generous sign‑on bonus and base salary during three‑year panel ramp‑up period followed by value‑based compensation model with bonus potential.
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary care teams, including nurses, population health coordinators, clinical social workers, community health workers, and resource specialists
- Fully integrated EPIC EMR and seamless access to the expansive Mass General Brigham network

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license to practice in Massachusetts, including MCSR and DEA.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Total annual cash compensation for a Primary Care Physician generally ranges from $245,000 to $330,000 and includes base salary and eligible performance-based incentives. Physicians who achieve a full clinical panel and meet defined performance benchmarks are typically compensated at the higher end of this range. The stated compensation ranges reflect estimated full-time annual compensation and do not include the full value of additional benefits. Actual earnings may vary and may increase over time based on experience, productivity, performance, and market adjustments
