The Sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with retailers into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual objectives. You will work with P&G experts to develop the right business strategies aimed at delivering sustainable competitive advantage of our products. You will be leading a significant part of our business and will be able to immediately see results of your work.

Your responsibilities may include

Operational Management and Field Execution: 

• Managing and coordinating the work of the field merchandising team.

• Ensuring complete and high-quality coverage of retail outlets in accordance with company standards.

• Monitoring compliance with merchandising standards (planograms, shelf share).

• Developing and launching motivational programs for the field team and joint projects with retail chains.

Strategy and Analytics: 

• Testing and implementing new principles for retail outlet coverage and KPIs to increase productivity and ROI.

• Analyzing team performance and developing projects aimed at increasing the contribution of merchandisers to sales growth.

• Monthly salary starting from 200 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)

• Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)

• Leadership skills, sense of ownership, willingness to learn

• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel and relocate throughout your career

• Relevant work experience in instore activities management and merchandising would be considered an advantage

• Valid driving license would be considered an advantage

• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
