Description
Join the Subsidiary Management & Transfer Pricing team within Corporate Finance and contribute to global governance, strategic projects, and organizational transformations across Fresenius Kabi's international subsidiary network. In this highly visible role, you will partner with stakeholders worldwide, drive global standards and process improvements, and take ownership of challenging cross-functional initiatives with direct impact on the organization.
Your responsibilities:
Act as the global business expert for Fresenius Kabi subsidiaries and subject matter expert for shareholder matters, ensuring compliant and effective governance across the organization.
Further develop the global Subsidiary Management function by defining, coordinating, and implementing end-to-end standards and governance processes.
Lead and manage international projects within the CFO organization, including stakeholder alignment, project governance, analyses, documentation, and management presentations.
Drive and support strategic global initiatives, such as the implementation of a dedicated subsidiary management platform and the redesign of related processes.
Manage corporate restructuring projects, including mergers, liquidations, spin-offs, and other organizational changes.
Develop and implement global standards for policy management and training processes across Fresenius Kabi.
Conduct regular and ad hoc financial analyses, monitor relevant financial metrics, and prepare decision-ready presentations for senior management.
Execute key operational governance activities, including board nominations, Power of Attorney processes, and corporate compliance-related matters.
Own and maintain the global subsidiary document management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date corporate documentation and records.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Business Units, Regions, and TechOps stakeholders worldwide.
Your qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Corporate / Commercial Law, or a related field, with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Tax.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Tax, Subsidiary Management, or a comparable corporate environment.
Initial experience in German corporate law, ideally within a corporate holding or headquarters function.
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with international, cross-functional stakeholders in a global organization.
Solid project management experience, including knowledge of established project management methods and tools.
Strong analytical capabilities combined with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
