Job Description

• Primary responsibility is to provide technical support for Service Parts sales, operations and field teams including management of our Service Parts engineering help desk account. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, prompt responses to questions from our worldwide team and engaging the appropriate technical resource to solve customer problems. 　 
• This position is also responsible for Engineering item setup in engineering and ERP systems. Position will collaborate with Supply Chain, suppliers, and engineering teams to identify service content for purchased parts and assemblies. Candidate will operate cross-functionally with field operations, engineering, business management, global sales, trade compliance, and other functional areas of the business to assure a fast and dependable supply of parts.
• Successful candidate will be proficient in the ability to read and interpret drawings, engineering bills of material, technical specifications, and supplier data.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. Or in lieu of an engineering degree, 5+ years of experience in a technical field relating to field service, operations, maintenance, overhaul, design, or supply chain. Experience with turbomachinery products or similar experience with heavy machinery, construction equipment, automotive, or other similar experience is preferred.
• Experience with engineering drawings and planning systems is preferred.
• Must be fluent speaking, reading and writing English (recruitment process will be hosted in English)

Lump Sum relocation may be offered.

Candidate must have the right to work indefinitely in the EU.

 

 

Base Minimum Pay:

Kč771,708.00
