We’re building a founder-led media brand to establish Spiralyze as the definitive authority in A/B testing and experimentation. You’ll help turn our proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a steady stream of high-impact content across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
The role is approximately 70% creative and content work and 30% administrative and personal assistant support for the Founder. Your daily tasks will vary from developing content and conducting research to organizing the Founder’s schedule and handling personal and company errands.
You will take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting. You’re hard-working, organized, and have extreme attention to detail. Most importantly, you need to win!
Experience isn't required. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college grad (or someone smart enough to skip college!) to immerse themselves in our business, learn our methods, and grow into a creative or leadership role.

Core Responsibilities
- Content production. Support sessions with the Founder to capture insights, opinions, and stories from client work and turn that raw material into LinkedIn posts, video scripts, and content briefs.
- Research. Help uncover interesting ideas, examples, data, and insights that can be turned into content.
- Performance & Iteration. Track what’s working and what’s not across every format and platform. Use engagement data, follower growth, and pipeline attribution to double down on winning formats and kill underperformers.
- Briefing preparation. Support the Founder in preparing for client, internal, and sales presentations and deliverables.
- Planning & Scheduling. Oversee the Founder’s schedule and ensure meetings are efficient, with clear agendas, follow-ups, and tracked progress.
- Team coordination. Act as a liaison between the Founder, clients, and the team to keep priorities and projects moving.
- Personal and company errands. Handle a variety of personal and company tasks for the Founder.
Skills, Knowledge and Traits
- Strong writer. You enjoy writing and can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content. You have a natural instinct for hooks and storytelling.
- Data-comfortable. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should be comfortable working with testing data, conversion metrics, and statistical concepts. Our content is built on proprietary data; you need to understand it well enough to tell stories with it.
- Platform fluency. You understand what makes content engaging on LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube and are curious about why some content performs better than others.
- Curious and fast learner. You quickly dig into unfamiliar topics and figure out how they work.
- Problem-solving and high agency. You take ownership, use available resources, and bring solutions, not questions.
- Feedback-driven. You seek feedback and apply it.
- Reliable transportation. You have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and dependable vehicle.
- B2B or SaaS content experience. You’ve created content for a technical or data-driven B2B audience before.
- Experience with A/B testing or CRO. You know what a p-value is and why someone would test a headline. Not required; we’ll teach you.
What You'll Get
- Growth path. We invest heavily in developing our people and promote almost exclusively from within. This role is an opportunity to learn the business and grow into a larger creative, content, or leadership role.
- In-demand skills. You’ll work alongside one of the most experienced experimentation teams in the world and learn how data, psychology, and creative intersect.
- Time to recharge. 20 days of paid vacation plus holidays.
- Healthcare. Company-sponsored health insurance.
If you’re excited about building a media brand around data, working directly with a founder, and turning proprietary insights into content that an entire industry pays attention to, we’d love to hear from you.
