Job Description:

The MDM Engineer is the senior technical leader responsible for defining the architecture, strategy, and delivery of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role provides thought leadership in data management, integration, governance, and platform modernization, driving the evolution of Customer 360 capabilities while ensuring high-quality, trusted, and scalable master data services across the enterprise. The role partners closely with business, architecture, engineering, and data governance teams to deliver strategic solutions that enable regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and superior customer experiences.

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer 360 (C360) solutions, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
  • Define and drive the strategic MDM technology roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business, regulatory, and enterprise data objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MDM architects, developers, data engineers, and analysts across complex initiatives.
  • Design and oversee enterprise data integration, data quality, matching, survivorship, and stewardship solutions within the MDM ecosystem.
  • Establish and enforce MDM architecture standards, development best practices, governance frameworks, and engineering patterns across the organization.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Lines of Business, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM capabilities across the enterprise landscape.
  • Lead the implementation of modern APIs, real-time data services, and data consumption patterns to enable trusted master data access across channels and applications.
  • Drive automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and operational excellence practices to improve platform stability, delivery efficiency, and production support capabilities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, advancing MDM capabilities, and improving data quality, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
