Engineer, MTB Quality Engineering Operations

Are you ready to embark on a journey where your ambition meets world-class opportunities? Micron is seeking an outstanding Engineer, MTB QE OPS to join our dynamic team in Taichung, Taiwan. This role is uniquely positioned to make a significant impact by developing innovative AI applications and workflow automation solutions that propel our operations forward.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop AI applications and workflow automation solutions that simplify our processes.
• Perform quality data analysis, data processing, and dashboard development to ensure flawless operations.
• Optimize quality-related operational processes and issue tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of RPA, AI Agents, and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop business solutions that meet our ambitious goals.

Work Schedule

• Our team operates on a regular day shift from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience, or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML development or related project implementations.
• Knowledge of web application development (HTML, JavaScript, Streamlit, Power BI, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

AI-Related Information

• Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to support Quality business operations.
• Build AI Assistants, knowledge management systems, and intelligent search/chatbot platforms.
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve engineering productivity and decision-making efficiency.
• Support Quality Digitalization and AI Innovation initiatives across the organization.
• Integrate manufacturing, quality, and engineering data to enable intelligent analytics and process automation.
