Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday is dynamic, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide effective support for operational activities. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving requirements are integral to the role, ensuring that solutions remain relevant and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
