This position reports to:
Service Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Business in Jüri.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leads HSE risk assessments and ensures effective implementation of HSE processes
- Monitors and reports HSE performance, incidents and sustainability KPIs
- Ensures compliance with ABB standards and local HSE regulations
- Drives continuous improvement and a strong health, safety and environmental culture
- Ensures HSE training, equipment and management system requirements are met
- Plans and executes HSE projects, managing objectives, resources and reporting
Qualifications for the role
- You are currently studying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) or similar
- You demonstrate a strong motivation to make a positive impact on workplace health, safety, and environmental performance, with personal learning goals aligned to continuous HSE improvement
- You have an interest in or initial exposure to environmental sustainability initiatives and are eager to contribute to practical improvement actions
- You have a keen eye for detail and a structured, systematic approach to tasks and problem-solving
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are able to communicate effectively in Estonian and English, Russian is beneficial
