We are seeking a knowledgeable, experienced and customer-focused Armorer to join the Mission94 Team. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to connect and build relationships with customers, and a passion for delivering an outstanding experience.
Working 15-25 hours per week, the armorer inspects, cleans, repairs, provides part and accessory installation, and maintains firearms, manages parts and test-fires firearms to ensure safe and reliable operation for the company and customers.

Working 15-25 hours per week, the armorer inspects, cleans, repairs, provides part and accessory installation, and maintains firearms, manages parts and test-fires firearms to ensure safe and reliable operation for the company and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and test-fire firearms for safety, function, and reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and replace worn or broken parts to factory specifications.
- Maintain precise inventory logs for firearms and parts including required bound book/ATF compliance tracking and Armorer’s log where applicable.
- Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for firearms
- Prepare operational status and inventory reports for management team.
- Provide parts and accessory installation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A high school diploma or possession of a GED certificate
- Certifications: Sonoran Desert Institute or other nationally recognized armorer or gunsmith certification.
- 5+ years of experiences in firearm maintenance, repair, or armorer or gunsmith duties
- Strong understanding of firearms mechanics, firearm safety protocols, and state/federal regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Proficiency with specialized gunsmithing tools, trigger pull testers, punch sets, and alignment gauges
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment or bulk ammunition (up to 50 lbs)
Hours:
- Weekday and weekend availability – up to approx. 15-25 hours a week
