🎯 What You'll Be Doing

You will lead the execution and growth of Academy programmes across the region by:

• 📚 Building and expanding educational experiences including self-service learning, group programmes, peer communities and coaching offerings
• 🤝 Facilitating peer groups that help business leaders learn from one another and accelerate growth
• 🎤 Delivering engaging workshops, presentations and learning experiences that inspire action
• 🧠 Providing executive and operational coaching that helps partners improve business performance
• ✍️ Creating thought leadership content that strengthens Academy awareness and credibility
• 🌟 Representing Pax8 at industry events, partner conferences and community engagements
• 📈 Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape Academy strategy, objectives and long-term growth plans
• 📊 Measuring impact, reporting outcomes and continuously improving learning effectiveness
• 🚀 Championing continuous learning by embracing new technologies, methodologies and development opportunities

• Substantial experience leading operational teams within managed service provider environments
• Demonstrated success helping organisations improve operational maturity through consultancy, coaching or transformation programmes
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic business conversations
• Considerable experience facilitating learning, workshops, coaching sessions or peer-led communities
• Strong commercial awareness combined with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
• Confidence presenting to audiences of varying sizes, both virtually and in person
• Proficiency using modern business technologies and productivity platforms
• A growth mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI-enabled business solutions
• An authentic, collaborative and partner-first approach that aligns with Pax8 behaviours and culture
