Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects related to operations of a local manufacturing unit, including the full scope of Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Logistics. Each day, you will ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and define improvement actions as needed. You will also showcase your expertise by executing business unit/product group quality strategy.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Business in Cibitung Factory, Bekasi, Indonesia.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Implementing the global business unit/product group manufacturing strategy in the country within your area of responsibility.
  • Providing input on global business unit/product group strategy
  • Developing proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
  • Focusing on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery, and cost reduction.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or plant management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and quality performance.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
