Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 base salary

Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary goal is to drive sales revenue and optimize the customer experience through proactive lead management, customer follow-up, and outbound prospecting efforts.
You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records, and consistently delivering results while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on current customer leads and opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records
- Utilize strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and sales goals
Qualifications
- Experience in the HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing industry required
- Proven sales experience with a strong "headhunter" or hunter mentality
- Motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed expectations
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to consistently deliver measurable results
- High level of trust, integrity, and professionalism
