## Description
The Assistant Manager, Retail Experience + Education serves as a key creative and executional partner within the North America Education team. This role is responsible for developing educational tools, event support materials, retail activation resources, videos and content that bring Clinique's launches, promotions and events to life.
Working closely with the Director and Manager, Retail Experience + Education, this individual transforms strategic event concepts into engaging Consultant- and Field-facing resources that inspire confidence, drive engagement and result in conversion. From designing one-pagers and event toolkits to producing educational videos and coordinating production timelines, this role plays an integral part in ensuring Clinique's retail activations are delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Experience Activation
- Design and develop Consultant- and Field-facing educational materials that support retail experiences (e.g., launches, promotional events, seasonal campaigns and key business initiatives).
- Create engaging one-pagers, event guides, activation toolkits, educational playbooks, presentations, job aids, infographics and digital learning resources.
- Produce, edit and enhance video content that supports retail activations, Consultant education, event execution, launch readiness and field communications.
- Partner with the Manager, Retail Experience + Education to bring retail activation concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling and learning experiences.
- Ensure all materials align with Clinique brand standards, educational objectives and user experience best practices.
- Support event preparation, material management and onsite or virtual event needs as required.
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions that enhance the overall event experience and educational impact.
## Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in education development, event marketing, creative services, communications, project management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating and editing video content using platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, with the ability to create visually compelling educational and communication materials.
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging presentations, one-pagers, educational resources and visual learning tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with print vendors, production partners and fulfillment providers.
- Exceptional written communication and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in prestige beauty, retail, education, eventing or consumer-facing industries preferred.
