We are seeking a talented individual to join our Core Product Delivery team under the Clients Solutions Business Unit at Mercer Consulting. This role will be based in Global Capability Centre at Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Lead Specialist – Survey Management

The role would be responsible to drive APAC Forum / Multi-market TRS survey support by owning end-to-end delivery, project governance, and stakeholder management across multiple markets and timelines. The role exists to ensure consistent methodology execution, high-quality client data outcomes, and on-time delivery at scale, while managing cross-market forums, risks, and continuous improvement across teams and platforms.

We will count on you to:

Survey Data Leadership & Quality Assurance:

- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple TRS markets (APAC and/or multi-country clusters), ensuring consistent execution of methodology, quality standards, and timelines.

- Lead complex data analysis projects; identify trends and provide strategic recommendations

- Establish and maintain data validation standard

Strategic Client & Consultant Collaboration

- Serve as primary technical liaison between clients and consulting teams on survey matters

- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations

- Drive year-over-year participation growth and renewal strategy.

Project & Process Management

- Lead end-to-end survey delivery on complex projects

- Coordinate across multiple stakeholder manage timelines and escalations

- Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs

- Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives

Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Mentor team members on survey methodology and best practices

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions; provide peer reviews and quality assurance on technical deliverables

- Contribute to team capability development, training and engagement initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team’s scope of work.

- Encourage innovation and proactive problem-solving among team members.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Champion process optimization and automation opportunities

- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and insights

- Submit improvement ideas and lead small pilot projects

- Stay current with industry best practices and survey methodology trends.

What you need to have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Post graduate degree

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support, consulting, or a similar role

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
