Danish speaking Operations Analyst in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

What will you do?

• Support the expansion of the energy product into the Danish market
• Coordinate and monitor energy market signals and communication
• Check debtors and handle related customer contacts
• Maintain regular contact with third parties and other suppliers
• Contribute to development initiatives and brainstorm improvements to the company's propositions
• Regularly use SQL to extract data for reporting and analysis
• Assist customer service with back-office-related matters
• Work closely with the Lead Operations and Management Team

Candidate profile

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role
• Experience independently managing projects
• Preferably previous experience working with SQL; Python knowledge is an advantage
• In-depth Microsoft Excel skills
• Native-level Danish and fluent English; Dutch or Flemish is an advantage
• Knowledge of and consumer experience with the Danish energy market is highly desirable
• Ambitious, curious, and willing to learn quickly
