A rapidly growing upscale vacation rental management company is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations across their portfolio. This individual will oversee all aspects of the business, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, homeowner services, and administration, while serving as a key partner to ownership.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 200–500+ vacation rental homes throughout Northwest Arkansas.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, homeowner services, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Manage local employees, offshore teams, and vendor partners while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Support growth initiatives and help execute the company's long-term vision.
- 7+ years of leadership experience within vacation rental management, hospitality, or property operations.
- Experience managing portfolios of 200–500+ vacation rental homes, preferably large single-family residences.
- Deep expertise in maintenance, housekeeping, and homeowner services operations.
- Experience managing a combination of employees, contractors, vendors, and offshore teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
