Senior Corporate Paralegal - Houston, Texas
Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal with 8+ years of recent corporate governance experience. Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage domestic subsidiaries including corporate minute books, preparing/processing/filing regulatory state filings and maintaining all corporate records. Coordinate & prepare all corporate documents required to form corporations (amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporation, etc.). Prepare for international BOD meetings, including drafting agendas, resolutions, memos and minutes. Create presentations and electronic minute books. Manage board and meeting distributions. Prepare and coordinate materials and training. Must have project management experience. This position offers excellent salary and benefits.
