The Marketing and Patient Experience Strategy Lead (MSL) responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives designed to support clinical research studies and participant recruitment goals. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects for clinical research studies.
- Provide campaign performance status updates across all activated tactics (media, email marketing, HCP referrals, community events, etc…)
- Participate in sponsor/CRO status meetings/calls
- Manage and direct the activities of patient recruitment vendors (marketing agencies, technology partners, etc.)
- Provide support/marketing updates for CRO/Sponsor meetings, calls, emails
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for multiple concurrent project as well as all IRB Packets - development and timely routing for sponsor and reg approval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, patient recruitment, and external vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and IRB requirements.
- Develop project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-campaign analyses.Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate progress and address issues.
- Support recruitment goals by optimizing marketing strategies based on data and feedback.
- Assist with resource allocation and manage sponsor budgets as needed to support project delivery.
- Participate in management and site meetings as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- 10% travel
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in health administration, health sciences, business or related field AND a minimum of 2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Experience with calendar management / scheduling is required. Clinical trial management system experience is preferred. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with computer applications such as email, electronic health records, and basic applications.
- Ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm).
- Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and have basic math proficiency.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
- Well-developed listening skills and the ability to work well alone as well as in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changes in workloads and priorities.
- Ability to be professional, respectful of others, self-motivated, and exemplify a strong work ethic.
- Must possess a high degree of honesty and dependability.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, identify problems and help find solutions.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive patient health information in a confidential and professional manner, and in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- 10% travel
