Position: Full-time
Shifts Available:
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30PM

- What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate with the care team to ensure quality care.
Shower Aide – Additional Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled showers, baths, and personal hygiene care to residents in accordance with individual care plans and facility schedules.
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, oral care, skin care, and other activities of daily living associated with bathing.
- Observe residents’ skin condition during care and promptly report any redness, bruising, wounds, skin breakdown, or other concerns to the licensed nurse.
- Ensure showers and bathing areas are clean, safe, stocked, and properly sanitized between residents.
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety throughout all personal care.
- Accurately document completed showers and care provided according to facility procedures.
- Communicate missed or refused showers to the appropriate nurse/supervisor and follow facility procedures for rescheduling.
- Assist with other CNA duties and resident care needs as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA certification in the state of Arizona.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
