Pay: $18.00 per hour

Stand-Up Forklift Operator – 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday)
Spring Lake, MI
Monday-Thursday | 7:00AM-5:30PM
Pay:
$18.00/hour base + up to $3.00/hour bonus (attendance & performance)
Earn up to $22.00/hour
Bay Logistics is hiring forklift operators to support our temperature-controlled warehouse. This is a great opportunity for operators looking to build experience on stand-up equipment in a clean, organized environment.
What You'll Do:
- Operate stand-up forklifts
- Load, unload, and stage pallets for shipping and receiving
- Perform daily equipment inspections (Hilo)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all food safety and warehouse procedures
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
- Experience and ability to operate stand-up/reach equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (38 degrees)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
