Your role
What you'll be doing
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Success Representative within our Payables division. This position falls under our Corpay One line of business and is located in Copenhagen.
In this role you’ll be responsible for onboarding customers onto our B2B SaaS platform for accounts payable automation, as well as driving adoption of our International Payments (FX) product.
A key part of the role is guiding customers safely and efficiently through the KYC process required to activate FX both for new customers and for existing customers adopting the product.
You’ll be part of the Customer Success team and while the team owns the full customer lifecycle, this role has a clear focus on onboarding excellence, early adoption, and creating momentum from day one. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Development to ensure a seamless and compliant customer journey.
How We Work
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Copenhagen office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers successfully launch and adopt Corpay One, setting the foundation for long-term retention and growth.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing the end to end onboarding process, ensuring customers are successfully implemented onto the platform.
- Coordinating internally with Sales, Compliance, and Product to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding
- Proactively removing friction and ensure customers reach go-live efficiently by setting clear expectations, timelines, and next steps.
In short: you ensure customers get a confident, structured, and compliant start with Corpay One and that they quickly see real value from our platform and FX solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- You speak and write fluent Danish and English
- You have an interest in B2B SaaS onboarding and/or KYC processes.

- You’re comfortable driving structured onboarding and KYC processes end to end.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
- You’re detail oriented, work in a structured way, and are comfortable using CRM and operational tools.
Experience from fintech, payments, or regulated environments is a plus - but not a requirement. Your background matters less - your energy, ownership mindset, and ability to create progress matter much more.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- The ability to make a meaningful impact in a global SaaS company.
- A chance to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
- Annual six-week paid vacation.
- 5% company-paid pension.
- Health Insurance.
- Healthy Lunch program, free hot and cold beverages as well as selection of snacks.
