Position Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Perform detailed Health Insurance sales needs analysis, identifying matching plans.
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients;
guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
- Assist clients through the electronic enrollment process.
- Assist internal manager and staff with additional customer service needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers.
- Project management excellence with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base.
- Ability to work independently while staying on task.
- Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well.
- Must take initiative to help and resolve issues.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Healthsherpa.
