Industrial Systems Internship (HMI/SCADA and MES) 

Location: São Paulo/SP (On-site) 

About the position 

AVEVA is looking for students interested in technology, industrial automation, and digital transformation to work in the services and consulting area. 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with industrial systems used by leading companies in various segments, supporting consulting and support activities, implementation and maintenance of HMI/SCADA and MES solutions. The internship offers contact with industrial software technologies, databases, and systems integration, providing practical learning in projects and customer support. 

Main responsibilities 

• Assist with support and project development activities for clients using AVEVA solutions globally. 

• Assist in the investigation and resolution of incidents related to HMI/SCADA and MES systems. 

• Perform configurations, tests, and validations of applications using technologies such as: 

• AVEVA Edge 

• AVEVA System Platform 

• AVEVA MES solutions 

• Support implementation and maintenance activities of industrial systems. 

• Assist in analyzing logs, process data, and database information for problem diagnosis. 

• Prepare and update technical documentation. 

• Work in conjunction with consultants and specialists to handle service requests and execute projects. 

• Support training, testing, and activities related to the lifecycle of implemented solutions. 

Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in: 

• Control and Automation Engineering 

• Electrical Engineering 

• Computer Engineering 

• Computer Science 

• Information Systems 

• Systems Analysis and Development 

• Or related fields 

• Interest in technical support and customer service. 

• Interest in developing HMI/SCADA and MES systems. 

• Basic knowledge of programming logic. 

• Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar). 

• Analytical skills and interest in problem-solving. 

• Good communication and teamwork skills. 

• Basic or intermediate English. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of SQL. 

• Basic knowledge of languages ​​such as C#, Python, or JavaScript. 

• Familiarity with industrial automation, PLCs, industrial networks, SCADA, MES, or IioT. 

• Advanced English.

Nesta posição, você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar com sistemas industriais utilizados por empresas líderes de diversos segmentos, apoiando atividades de consultoria e suporte, implementação e manutenção de soluções HMI/SCADA e MES. O estágio oferece contato com tecnologias de software industrial, bancos de dados e integração de sistemas, proporcionando aprendizado prático em projetos e suporte a clientes. 

Principais responsabilidades 

• Apoiar atividades de suporte e desenvolvimento de projetos a clientes que utilizam soluções AVEVA globalmente. 

• Auxiliar na investigação e resolução de incidentes relacionados a sistemas HMI/SCADA e MES. 

• Realizar configurações, testes e validações de aplicações utilizando tecnologias como: 

• AVEVA Edge 

• AVEVA System Platform 

• Soluções MES da AVEVA 

• Apoiar atividades de implantação e manutenção de sistemas industriais. 

• Auxiliar na análise de logs, dados de processo e informações de bancos de dados para diagnóstico de problemas. 

• Elaborar e atualizar documentação técnica. 

• Trabalhar em conjunto com consultores e especialistas para atendimento de chamados e execução de projetos. 

• Apoiar treinamentos, testes e atividades relacionadas ao ciclo de vida das soluções implantadas. 

Requisitos 

• Cursando graduação em: 

• Engenharia de Controle e Automação 

• Engenharia Elétrica 

• Engenharia da Computação 

• Ciência da Computação 

• Sistemas de Informação 

• Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas 

• Ou áreas correlatas 

• Interesse em suporte técnico e atendimento a clientes. 

• Interesse em desenvolvimento de sistemas HMI/SCADA e MES. 

• Conhecimentos básicos de lógica de programação. 

• Conhecimentos básicos em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL Server, MySQL ou similares). 

• Capacidade analítica e interesse em resolução de problemas. 

• Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe. 

• Inglês básico ou intermediário. 

Diferenciais 

• Conhecimento em SQL. 

• Conhecimento básico de linguagens como C#, Python ou JavaScript. 

• Familiaridade com automação industrial, PLCs, redes industriais, SCADA, MES ou IIoT. 

• Inglês avançado.
