Requirements

Job Summary

Inside Sales responsibilities include taking customer orders, explaining options to customers, and assisting External sales team with pricing, inventory requests, & processing orders as needed. In addition, the ability to multitask while ensuring accurate data entry and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly work with customers and the outside sales team to take and enter their orders 
• Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities, and build relationships
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Hours: 8AM-5PM

Knowledge, Skills and abilities

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent telephone skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills

Education & Experience

• Candidates are required to have obtained a high school diploma or GED 
• Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
