About the location:

A timeless palace between the continents. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, supporting daily restaurant operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring service excellence in line with our luxury hospitality standards.

What you will do:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional service standards throughout all meal periods.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop restaurant team members while fostering a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused work environment.
• Build strong relationships with guests, proactively address feedback and concerns, and ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership team on menu offerings, promotions, guest satisfaction initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, reporting, and overall departmental profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.

What you bring:

• University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food and beverage service standards, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in English and computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Schedule & Hours:

 

• This is a permenant, full-time position
• Working hours will vary based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
