We’re looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our Niles, IL team. With a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts, this role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding physical therapy career while maintaining time for life outside the clinic. 

What You’ll Do 

Provide Personalized, One-on-One Care 

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. 

• Deliver hands-on therapy and evidence-based interventions focused on mobility, pain management, strength, and functional performance. 

• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as goals and needs evolve. 

Help Patients Get Back to What They Love 

• Design progressive rehabilitation programs based on each patient’s diagnosis, goals, lifestyle, and functional needs. 

• Teach movement mechanics, corrective exercises, injury-prevention strategies, and home programs. 

• Help patients understand their treatment and take an active role in their recovery and long-term wellness. 

Be Part of a Collaborative Community  

• Work alongside chiropractors, mental health professionals, nutrition providers, and other members of the care team. 

• Share clinical insights and collaborate on coordinated treatment strategies. 

• Contribute your physical therapy expertise to a broader whole-person approach to patient care. 

Build Meaningful Patient Relationships 

• Create a welcoming, positive patient experience from the first visit through continued care. 

• Develop strong relationships with patients and become a trusted partner in their progress.

What You Bring 

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program or equivalent degree. PT Licenses are encouraged to apply. 

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before your start date. 

• Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills. 

• Ability to develop effective, individualized treatment plans. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to educate patients clearly and build strong therapeutic relationships. 

• Interest in whole-person, patient-centered care. 

• Collaborative, positive, and proactive approach to working with patients and colleagues.
