Seasonal Store Lead - San Antonio

The Store Lead position is considered a full-time seasonal position that will run from October 2026 through January 2027. This seasonal store will be located in the Alamo Heights neighborhood in San Antonio Texas.

As a Retail Store Lead in San Antonio, Texas, in the Alamo Heights Neighborhood you will have a range of responsibilities that will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Customer Service:

• Become an expert on the Howler Brothers brand & apparel.
• Create an impeccable customer experience in the shop through every interaction with customers and help train each employee to do the same.
• Work with the Customer Service team on returns, escalated issues, and inventory matters.
• Assist with special events at the shop.

Staffing:

• Assist the Retail Director with hiring and training.
• Contributing to the scheduling process.

Be a keyholder for the store and be the go-to manager on throughout the day.

Inventory Management

• Work with the Retail Director to communicate and identify inventory needs for the retail location. Monitor merchandising to ensure store standards, provide feedback for merchandising displays, as well as adjust merchandising as needed to keep the store looking professional.
