Are you passionate about talent development and motivated to drive business growth by strengthening Julius Baer’s talent pipeline? We are looking for a Programme Manager in the Talent Development Programmes team of the Julius Baer Academy, for a temporary maternity cover from October (or mid-September) to June 2027. In close collaboration with team colleagues, you will take ownership for our global Associate RM Programme, Julius Baer’s key talent development programme for future relationship managers.YOUR CHALLENGE
Co-Manage the Associate RM Programme to develop the next generation of relationship managers for Julius Baer, in close collaboration with the front regions and HR
Further ramp up the programme on a global level in line with the Bank’s strategic ambition and business demand
Take ownership for all related programme elements: participant management, assessment process, financial management, stakeholder management, and programme representation
Roll out the modular learning curriculum, ensuring Associate RMs are equipped with the right skills to succeed in their roles; closely collaborate with external providers and internal subject matter experts in the design and delivery of all training activities
Track, monitor and report the progress of Associate RMs, conduct regular review meetings with key stakeholders (e.g. Group Heads)
Act as a key contact person, promote and communicate the Associate RM Programme to internal and external stakeholders, attract internal as well as external talents
Constantly review and evaluate the quality and progress of the programme, propose and implement improvements in terms of effectiveness and efficiency
Actively engage in other learning & development initiatives and projects of the Julius Baer Academy
YOUR PROFILE
University degree or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or in Pedagogy/Teaching/Psychology
A minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience in corporate learning & development or in a front office role in the financial industry, preferably in Wealth Management or Private Banking
Proven competency in talent development, in the design of learning journeys, curriculum development and programme management
Both conceptual capabilities and execution power, good project management skills
Business acumen and strong interest in private banking
Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisation
Good presentation skills to host training sessions, workshops, or meetings
Reliable, structured and results-oriented working style with very good organisational skills
Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience with learning management systems is a plus
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on personality with a growth mindset
Fluent in English and German (verbally and written), French or Italian is an advantage
