HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

  • Performs professional and technical administrative duties relative to the operation of Colleague Health Services (CHS).
  • Provides a variety of medical secretarial assistance and receptionist duties to the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Utilizes knowledge of secretarial and medical office practices.

Reports To: Registered Nurse (RN)/Director/Colleague Health Services (JC 019201)

Supervises: None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

Preferred Education:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Three (3) years of directly-related experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficient with computer programs (including Excel).
  • Excellent customer service skills. A
  • bility to communicate effectively with all levels of staff members, other departments, physicians, and administrators.

Required Certification/License/Registry: None.
