Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Clearfield, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver professional customer service. This driving post offers the opportunity to support critical operations while communicating clearly and responding to evolving needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
