The Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 1:30pm-12:00am. In this role, you will be responsible for performing inventory management, department related scheduling, training new and existing personnel, interviews, hiring, working with all departments to resolve product and quality problems, work with engineering to coordinate change orders, and ensure safety and compliance.
This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE
Qualifications
- Must be able to work Monday - Thursday from 1:30pm - 12:00am
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervision experience is a must
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred
- Leadership qualities
- Working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) required
