Lead Waxing Specialist (Licensed Esthetician) Benefits:

Lead Waxing Specialist (Licensed Esthetician) Principal Requirements:

 

• Licensed or certified to perform wax services in your state and / or municipality (typically an active and current esthetician license).
• Experience with customer service in the spa / beauty industry.
• Experience conducting excellent waxing services to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proven track record for gaining repeat business and upgrading guest services.
• Experience with facilitating formal technical training in accordance with a training curriculum and certifying successful completion of training programs.
• Experience with facilitating mentorship, or informal on-the-job wax service training.
• Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, spa environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions.
• Experience in leading organizational culture – embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth.
• Experience as an Esthetics Instructor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours and keep the salon and the suites fresh, clean and welcoming.
• Willing to work flexible days and hours
• Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives.
• Active communication with leads genrated through salon marketing initiatives and converting those leads into clients.
• Connect with students interested in working in the salon and spa industry who are currently attending aesthetics or cosmetology school.

Qualifications

• Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license.
• Four or more years of professional experience as a Waxing Specialist.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt and adjust dynamically.
