Probate Paralegal | Melbourne, FL
Full-Time | Onsite | $55,000–$70,000/year
Help families and beneficiaries navigate probate and trust administration, from the initial court filings through the final distribution of estate assets. Your work will keep estate matters moving, protect accurate financial records, and help ensure beneficiaries receive what they are entitled to.

Direct exposure to probate and trust administration under a board-certified Managing Attorney with over 30 years of experience
What You'll Do

Manage probate and trust administration from opening through final distribution.

Draft and file probate and trust pleadings; track court deadlines and filings.

Review wills, trusts, and financial records; identify and marshal estate assets.

Prepare inventories, accountings, and beneficiary distributions.

Coordinate estate property cleanouts, real estate sales, and tax documentation.

Communicate with beneficiaries, creditors, courts, and other parties.

Obtain estate and trust EINs and prepare attorneys for hearings.

Maintain accurate electronic client and financial records.
What You'll Need

At least 3 years of paralegal experience; 5+ years preferred.

Florida probate and estate administration experience.

Experience drafting probate and trust administration pleadings.

Ability to interpret wills, trusts, and financial documents.

Familiarity with Florida e-filing procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience. A degree is preferred.

Florida Registered Paralegal or Certified Paralegal credential preferred.

Ability to work onsite in Melbourne, FL.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a mandatory 30-minute lunch break.
