Position Title: Sales and Admissions Executive
Working Location: One-North (5 mins from Buona Vista MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all inquiries quickly and use effective sales techniques to share information about our curriculum.
Keep the Sales and Admissions Database up to date, ensuring all lead data is accurately recorded in the sales funnel.
Follow up with leads regularly, guiding families through the sales process from initial interest to enrolment.
Manage the entire sales application process to ensure a smooth transition from a sales lead to a registered student.
Ensure all documentation is following school standards for sales conversions, including pupil files and legal records.
Work with the Finance Department to manage sales deposits, application fees, and tuition payments.
Conduct engaging school tours and presentations for prospective parents and educational agents.
Highlight the school’s mission to attract diverse stakeholders as a key selling point.
Assist the Sales Manager in updating marketing materials to align with current sales and enrolment goals.

At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, school admissions, or a high-performance sales/customer service role.
Diploma in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.
High proficiency in Sales CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
Strong sales communication skills with the ability to "close the deal" confidently and empathetically.
A sales-driven, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
