Machine B Operator – 3rd Shift
📍 Solon, OH | 🕒 Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 💲 $18–$20/hr (based on experience)

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Machine B Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping operations running efficiently, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as, filling, labeling, packing, blistering or closing containers.
• Responsible for minor adjustments, set-ups, changeovers, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.
• Validates and organizes jobs in accordance with bill of materials and special work instructions based on current and future job orders.
• Responsible for conducting quality inspection of goods at the correct intervals, ensuring that product is packaged according to the work order.  
• Ability to identify problems and assist in troubleshooting/training on the cardboard baler, plastic baler, carton erector, pallet jack, pick and place card/blister adjustments, taper/tape gun, and additional production equipment.
• Assists in training assigned full time/temp operators and assists other teams as needed.
• Forklift experience required.
• Promotes and follows all Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality guidelines and procedures.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment; preferably automotive or bottling and packaging.
• Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be certified to drive low-lift and sit down forklift.

Compensation Information:

💲 $18–$20/hr (based on experience) Plus a $1/hr shift differential for 3rd Shift.
