Associate – M&A | AI-Enabled Strategy & Execution
Location: Europe / United States (Hybrid or Remote)

We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Associate with strong M&A execution skills and fluency in AI tools. This is a high-impact role—ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, values ownership, and wants to shape how AI is used across our global workflows.
What You’ll Do
Lead workstreams across live mandates: financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, materials preparation, and investor outreach.
Interface directly with founders, CEOs, and global investors.
Take the lead in deploying and training AI tools across the firm, including:
Prompt engineering and workflow automation
AI-assisted research and document generation
Internal training and documentation
Build and iterate internal processes that improve speed, accuracy, and scale.
Contribute to firm strategy, internal initiatives, and thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or strategy consulting.
Strong technical and communication skills – you can own client deliverables independently.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, Excel plugins, etc.) and a strong interest in operationalizing them.
Comfortable training others and leading AI-related initiatives.
High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive mindset.
Full professional fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
