We’re proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s most beautifully positioned countryside retreats, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds. This boutique estate is celebrated for its seasonal, ingredient-led menus, where produce is often grown on-site and every dish reflects a deep respect for quality and provenance.

They are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their passionate brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a kitchen that champions creativity, sustainability, and refined yet honest cooking.

Who you are:

• You have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef De Partie ready to step up
• You’re passionate about seasonal, produce-led cooking
• You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in every plate
• You thrive in a collaborative kitchen environment and enjoy supporting and mentoring others
• You remain calm and focused during busy services

What you’ll do:

• Support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Help lead service, ensuring dishes are delivered to the highest standard
• Assist with the training and development of junior team members
• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Contribute ideas to menus, bringing creativity while respecting the estate’s ethos
