Your Responsibilities

• Überwachen und Steuern des gesamtheitlichen und sicheren Prozessablaufes der Direktreduktionsanlage sowie der Einschmelzer
• Problemanalyse sowie eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen
• Fakultätsübergreifender kontinuierlicher Abstimmungsprozess

Your Profile

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung Fachrichtung Hüttentechnik, Metall inkl. mehrjähriger Erfahrung
• Gesundheitliche Eignung G20/ G25/ G26.3/ G30
• Grundkenntnisse in SAP, Word, Excel, Power Point, sind ebenso wünschenswert wie tiefergehende Erfahrungen im Bereich Steuern von Störfallanlage mittels PCS7
• Bereitwilligkeit zu Vollkonti Schichtbetrieb und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Phase der Inbetriebnahme (inklusive längere Auslandsaufenthalte)
• Englischkenntnisse wären wünschenswert bzw. die Bereitschaft entsprechende Kurse zu belegen
• Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktlösungskompetenz, strategische Denkweise, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
• PC-Grundkenntnisse
